Nextup Acapela Text To Speech Engine + Uk & Us

Here are all of Acapela's English voices + the TTS Server Engine

Note:
After installing, you'll want to make sure the TTS server is running. To do this, go to program files\NextUp-Acapela\bin, and double click the file acatel_srv.exe. You may want to put this in your startup folder or add this to the run key in the registry. If this is not done, you'll still be able to use the voices, but only for 30 days. The voices will appear as standard SAPI voices regardless of if the server is running or not.
